These are low-cost things that go a long way to making the best first impression. Make sure all the rooms are de-cluttered and very clean…especially kitchens and baths. In fact, you cannot clean enough.

 

You want it to sparkle! The garages should be tidy enough, so the buyers can see the space but it’s ok to store excess furniture and boxes there. Neutralize the paint. It’s time to give up on the Bronco Orange Wall in the family groom. Many buyers will decide NOT to see a home if they have to spend money on even the easiest of things like neutralizing dramatic paint or replacing tired old carpet. Buyers want to visualise their things in the home.
