So you want to make sure you get great professional photos. And the number 4 reason is not making your home available for showings. You know the buyers, they want to see it when they want to see it, and so it has to be available. And the number 5 and the biggest reason that home sellers make mistakes is they choose the wrong agent. Make sure you interview more than one agent. Talk to them.
They’re handling the largest, as one of the largest assets that you have. You want to know, do they have access to buyers? What is their marketing plan? How are they going to take photos?
